Directions to First Rise

104 Wheatstone Place
Cotter, AR 72626

From US Highway 62/412, turn north onto Denton Ferry Road (CR 1).

Continue on Denton Ferry Road for approximately 4 miles.

Turn left onto CR 705.

Continue toward Rainbow Landing Drive. Just before the road bends onto Rainbow Landing Drive, turn right onto Wheatstone Place.

First Rise will be on your left at 104 Wheatstone Place.

Travel Tip: Cell service can become limited as you get closer to the river, so we recommend starting your navigation before leaving an area with reliable service.

That’s the version I’d use on Lodgify. It’s short enough that people will actually read it but gives them a backup if GPS or cell service gives them trouble.
